highest possible standards of quality products and service at reasonable prices.OFFICE HOURS
We are a small company and sometimes are unavailable during normal business
hours. Messages, emails, and posted sign orders or inquiries are received 24
hours a day. We will get back to as quickly as possible!
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover/Novus.
Commercial customers may apply for open account billing.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS ground unless other methods are requested.
Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
$1.00 - $99.00 = $9.00
$100.00 - $199.00 = $11.50
$200.00 - $399.00 = $13.50
$400.00 and up = $17.00
ADD $4.50 for Residential Delivery
ADD $7.00 for C.O.D.
Shipping times vary but generally do not exceed two weeks for standard orders.
Custom orders may take longer. Turn around time on custom orders is dependent
on the nature of each order. Please inquire about the shipping schedule when
you order and let us know if you are working with a specific time line.
SALES TAX
All NC residents are required to add 6.75% sales tax to their total.
IMPRINT SIZE
Our standard imprint size for name
and addresses is approximately 3/8". All letters are capitalized.
Larger imprints are available if needed.
Our logo and identifying information appears on most of our signs.
